This package is for the bride that needs assistance in certain areas of the planning process.  This couple wants to plan their own event but may find they need help with design, finding vendors, etc, or simply does not have the time.  Not only will we coordinate the wedding day/weekend, you can choose up to four aspects of your planning that we can help with.  We will put the finishing touches on your wedding, finalizing details with vendors, organize/choreograph ceremony, handle the wedding rehearsal, and create an agenda for the day/weekend.  We will work with vendors on the day of the wedding and handle complete coordination of your event to ensure that the burden is released from your shoulders so that you and your family can enjoy your special day.

• Assist in the “hands on” creation of wedding details and design
• Design assistance by planning of up to 4 aspects of your wedding such as; floral, catering, reception, entertainment, favors, invitations, formal wear selection, and much more
• Selected aspects of the event to be included in the Day of Plus Package will be chosen by the wedding couple
• Onsite coordination and management of entire wedding day
• Managing and coordinating entire event, including rehearsal, ceremony and reception
• Creation and execution of wedding day timeline and checklists
• Review detailed timeline with all vendors
• Confirm headcounts with caterer and baker prior to wedding day
• Attendance at rehearsal dinner and organization and execution of rehearsal
• Personal assistant to the bride on wedding day including access to bridal emergency kit
• Set up of décor on wedding day: reception tables, guest book table, cake table, gift table, etc
• Take care of all accessories for day of: rings, license, cake knife and server, flower girl basket, ring bearer pillow, unity candle, sand ceremony items, favors, etc
• Management of all vendors on wedding day.  Confirm date and time of arrival and departure for all vendors including Reception Venue, Caterer, Florist, Photographer, Videographer, Baker, Musicians, DJ, Officiant etc.  Manage all the details with vendors on wedding day i.e.; Assist florist with boutonnieres and corsages, organize bridal party entrance with DJ and manage the flow of the evening with DJ, assist Photographer, etc
• Distribution of final payments to vendors (optional)
• Onsite coordination and management of entire wedding day
• Ownership of onsite challenges through creative solutions
• After wedding is finished: pack up wedding accessories, box any additional wedding cake, assist with loading gifts, coordinate with the clean up crew to ensure the site is clean.
