• Help with selection and purchase of bridal party and parent gifts
• Assistance with invitation wording

Florist

• After extensive design meetings with your wedding planner, Cloud Nine will communicate all aspects of your defined wedding style to your florist
• Cloud Nine will guide you in the final selection of flowers, bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral décor
• Final prototype meeting to review floral décor and make final revisions
• Confirm date and time of arrival and departure
• Managing florist on wedding day to ensure your vision
• Assist florist with boutonnieres and corsages

Band/DJ

• Assist you in your music selection for cocktails and reception
• Assist you in selection of songs for first dance, parent dance, and cake cutting and other special songs
• Attend final music meeting with the bandleader/DJ to review all music selections, special requests and flow of the evening
• Confirm date and time of arrival and departure
• Cloud Nine coordinates band staging and setup, lighting, bandleader/DJ
• Organize bridal party entrance

Photographer/Videographer

• Assistance with photography style
• Detailed photo guideline sheet to assist you in outlining your photo list
• Follow up and review your completed photo list (“getting ready” photos, family and bridal party formals, multiple locations of formals, special moments to be captured, “must have” family and friend photos desired during the event)
• Confirm date and time of arrival and departure

Transportation

• Unlimited list of vendors that compliment your style and budget
• Schedule and attend vendor appointment with client
• Assistance with contract negotiation
• Reserve and arrange ground transportation and schedules
• Confirm date and time of arrival and departure

Ceremony Music

• Review contracted instrumentation and discuss music preferences
• Outline detailed ceremony procession
• Guidance through ceremony music for pre-ceremony, procession, ceremony, and reception
• Ensure that instrumentation is appropriate for selected music

Wedding Cake

• Assist in selecting design, color(s) and flavor of your wedding cake
• Confirm headcount, date and time of delivery

Rehearsal Dinner

• Assist in planning rehearsal dinner
• Attendance at rehearsal dinner and organization and execution of rehearsal

Personal assistant to bride on Wedding Day

• Emergency wedding kit
• Assist bride with gown and veil, and accessories

Ceremony

• Assist in writing ceremony, choosing readings, poetry, solos, special personalized details of ceremony
• Coordination of entire ceremony processional, line up the wedding party for the processional, cue the wedding party and vendors to start the processional
• Manage the timing of your ceremony with your officiant and vendors
• Seating arrangement layout
• Distribute final payments to vendors (optional)
• Assist the photographer and/or videographer in organizing people
• Assist throughout the ceremony with any questions or matters that may arise
• Coordinate wedding accessories, gifts, and decorations for transportation to the reception

Reception

• Check reception site and oversee the set up
• Manage the timing of your reception from the grand entrance to the grand exit to ensure your vendors stay on your timeline
• Distribute final payments to vendors (optional)
• Assist throughout the reception with any questions or matters that may arise
• Pack up wedding accessories
• Box any additional wedding cake
• Assist with loading gifts
• Coordinate with the clean up crew to ensure the site is clean

Décor

• Assist in selection of wedding décor, i.e. Centerpieces, archways, aisle and ceremony décor, etc
• Set up of décor on wedding day: reception tables, guest book table, cake table, gift table, etc.
• Take care of all accessories for day of: rings, license, cake knife and server, toasting goblets, flower girl basket, unity candle, sand ceremony, etc.
• Guidance in the final selection of centerpieces, linens, tabletop and other event décor
• Coordinate room layouts, table sizes, setup schedule, etc.

Favors

• Assist in selection of favors for wedding.  Provision of creative ideas for favors to coordinate with wedding theme

Hotels

• Assistance with hotel room blocks for out of town guests, delivery of guest baskets to room before guests arrive
• Assistance with booking of wedding night suite and decoration of suite with any of the items you choose: rose petals, chocolate, cheese, fruit, flowers, champagne flutes, candles

Unique and personalized ideas

• Help to incorporate your ethnic background, heritage and/or unique elements that are special to the couple
• Incorporation of unique and personalized ides to make your wedding special and one of a kind
